The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. Tiny balcony with a mop and ladder on it and ashtray loaded with butts. 15 min walk to subway then 20 minute ride to most attractions in Rome. Noisy upstairs neighbours and barking dog next door.
