You can also walk to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Lots of restaurants close by and authentic gelato nearby too. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food which we appreciated. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We have stayed here twice and would stay again. "

"Dear Management, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay. The primary reason I booked this property was to use the gym and spa facilities. However, both amenities were closed for the entire duration of my stay. This was not disclosed at the time of booking, and it directly impacted my decision to choose your property. In addition, the conduct of the lady manager was unprofessional. Her demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. This experience falls below reasonable expectations and reflects a lack of transparency and customer service. Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and misrepresentation. I am open to resolving this matter directly, but if needed, I am prepared to escalate this through formal review platforms.
