"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"

"The hotel was close to Termini station but the area wasn’t the best for walking around, especially after dark. Also found the hotel to be quite noisy inside. The hallways are tile and with people rolling their luggage it made a lot of noise. The room itself was very clean with a comfy bed and great air conditioning."

"Based on the positive reviews by other tourists, we booked three rooms and stayed in Hotel Touring for four days in mid-March of 2026. That was a big mistake. The rooms smelt bad, actually filthy. The bad smell came out of the toilets and washing stand sinks. It looked that the waste water draining pipes were not properly installed and the waste gas came out of the toilets and sinks to spread in the rooms instead of being routed to the outside. Additionally, the rooms' heating couldn't be controlled. It was very hot in the rooms and yet there was no way to turn down the heating. We stayed outside the hotel during the day as much as possible to escape the bad smell and the unwanted and uncontrollable heat in the hotel rooms. The only advantage of staying at this hotel was that it was close to Roma Termini for taking the trains."

"Staff were warm and welcoming and any issues were immediately remedied. Room was very clean and daily service kept it that way. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location near central bus station made visiting sites an easy commute. I would recommend this hotel."
