"Our stay at Hotel Touring in Rome was unfortunately disappointing. While the location was convenient, the hotel itself felt very outdated, and the room did not match the photos shown online, which was misleading. One of the beds had bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not only very small but also had a broken sliding door. Overall, despite the convenience of the location, the condition of the room and these issues made for a poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Breakfast was very nice, with responsive and friendly staff. Our room was in another building behind the hotel on another street. We were on the 4th floor, thank goodness there was an old elevator! The AC was new, room was very small, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot in the morning. Best to take a shower at night!"

"The hotel was close to Termini station but the area wasn’t the best for walking around, especially after dark. Also found the hotel to be quite noisy inside. The hallways are tile and with people rolling their luggage it made a lot of noise. The room itself was very clean with a comfy bed and great air conditioning."

"Staff were warm and welcoming and any issues were immediately remedied. Room was very clean and daily service kept it that way. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location near central bus station made visiting sites an easy commute. I would recommend this hotel."
