"The breakfast hostess was very attentive and helpful. She was on duty from Thursday the 16th to Sunday the 19th. The staff at Vero Rooftop were outstanding and extremely attentive. The breakfast was spectacular—varied and complete. The coffee was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and air conditioning. The location is also very central, especially close to Termini Station."

"Super clean, comfortable beds and pleasant breakfast. Perfect for our short trip to Rome. Good location and nice view from the room. The only thing was when I originally booked I was under the impression would be staying at a different hotel but message received alerting me that I would be staying elsewhere but it wasn’t a problem as was 5 min walk away. Other than that, great stay. Thank you ☺️"

"We WOUDN’T recommend this hotel … we had read some negative reviews but thought it couldn’t be that bad… so great location to main Termini station but the actual street that hotel was over run with stalls and guys fighting with each other at night and rooms not sound proofed so you heard everything.. we mentioned about the air conditioning not working twice and no hot water … really don’t think reception staff were interested. They told us to complain by emailing the company …. Very disappointing as we were there for 3 nights Room and bathroom tired and could do with a refresh"

"My husband and I just had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. The food was delicious it was lovely sitting outside on the rooftop restaurant for breakfast every morning. Location was superb. Only a few minutes walk to Termini train and metro station. Trevi fountain for example was 20 minute walk. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet and room service was immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we came back to Rome. "
