"My husband and I just had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. The food was delicious it was lovely sitting outside on the rooftop restaurant for breakfast every morning. Location was superb. Only a few minutes walk to Termini train and metro station. Trevi fountain for example was 20 minute walk. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet and room service was immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we came back to Rome. "

"The issue with this place wasn’t anything to do with the staff. The staff were great throughout my entire experience. The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The issue was the electrical in the place I stayed in was not good. Some of the lights did not work, and also the outlets were very unsafe as they weren’t installed properly. They also overcharged and ruined my phone battery as they were pulling too much current."

"CONS: Horrible location with crackheads, dealers, and weirdos outside all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe. No hot water, so be prepared to take a cold shower. PROS: The hotel and staff were nice overall, great breakfast, clean, close to the train station."
