Given the price, this is the best value that you could get, not at a lower level but quite a higher standard. Hotel employees are nice and helpful. The best part is that this hotel is close (walking distance) to all the spots that you would want to visit. We arrived around 3pm, and had to leave at 3pm the next day. For the time period, we went through pretty much all the spots except Vatican which we visited several years ago. We would go back to this hotel, if we can still get that price.

Very close to Roma terminal station, about 9 min walk, 30 min drive from Fco without traffic, within walking distance to many tourist sites, and quite a few eateries and grocery stores nearby for snacks and drinks. Good choices for breakfast and the front desk was very courteous and helpful. We left some luggages with them before we went to Sorrento and came back and stayed for 1 night before heading home. The luggages were in our room already when we returned. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. Overall, a very happy stay.

location is nice needs to provide a tea kettle for each room
