"We were a little taken back by being told after checking in that this lady in the next room would give us our parking paper. Turns out they apparently have this 'lady in the next room' giving you more than a parking pass but a rundown on them being a time share and all the benefits they would give us if we were interested in all this. Didn't know this was a time share community. Still thinking about coming back."

"The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. "

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the...

"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"Very nice condo. I would have liked a second hair dryer in the second bathroom. Also it would have been nice to have a few extras like coffee and tea bags The tv was a very small flat screen Otherwise it was very nice and we would stay there again. "
