My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they quickly helped us arrange dinner somewhere nearby. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Dom. The hotel is located perfectly for the train station. Thank you to all the staff who also gave me a birthday card and cake.

The location for the conference centre is perfect

Great location, polite staff who all spoke very good English. lovely clean room and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed the entire day there for work purposes and can only say the food was good, the beer was good and the cocktail was great value for money. Hotel really modern and clean and the apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had a really relaxing stay. The hotel is in a modern, fairly quiet area. The bridge to the cathedral and main town is a short walk away and the Messe/Deutz station is only a couple of minutes walk away. Very clean room, attentive staff, quiet.

This is a lovely quiet hotel within walking distance of the busy central Cologne. The staff couldn't be more helpful, even ensuring we had a room on arrival 4 hours before the official check in time. We were even offered refreshments while we waited. The room is clean and the towels etc changed every day. Supermarkets, cafes etc within easy walking distance. Id definitely recommend if you want the peace away from the hustle and bustle of central Cologne.

There for an exhibition and the hotel was close to the Messe. Unlike most hotels in Germany it has tea and coffee in the room. Also had BBC and ITV programmes on the TV.

Amazing value I would 100% recommend no complaints at all, I was able to enter at 3AM due to our late flight with no problems. Keys are on phones so are very easy. Just the best hotel I could have gone too.
