"Rooms were cleaned daily and well done. The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating in addressing any issues and inquiries. The spa was lovely and well maintained. We had an awesome and enjoyable time as a result. "

"Clean, warm, comfortable room. In fact, so warm we had to open windows, even after turning the heating down. The view was superb, probably the best in Reykjavik. The only constructive criticism might be that there was nowhere to hang clothes, but there was ample space to leave both suitcases open, so not a big deal."
