"Beautiful room in a stylish hotel with all the amenities you could need. Bar area was nicely designed and cocktails good! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and considering how expensive Reykjavík is, was really good value. A decent choice of hot and cold food, juices and great pastries. Location is excellent, easily walkable to all the main shopping streets and harbour. Pretty lake on our doorstep and two bus stops for airports transfers and day trips within 1min walk. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Every staff I met was so kind. And there were cats all guests loved. Spacious lobby and clean room, nice bars! I can highly recommend the hotel. (There is no parking garage! You have to park your car on the street)"

"I had a single room, so it was small, but perfect for my needs. Location was fantastic, right on Laugavegur, could walk to all kinds of fun places. Rainbow street was a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was the second time I have stayed at a Center Hotel, and I found both locations (Skjaldbreid and Bingholt) to be very clean and comfortable, and well within my budget. Highly recommend. "
