This is a great hotel. Centrally located in the heart of Reykjavik near shop. Parking is not a problem and the service is great! The Breakfast is AAA+++. I will recommend staying here during your visit to Iceland.

They made us wait for our room till 12pm when we had arrived at 8am. The beds are like loose leaves. Super uncomfortable the sheets itch this hotel was honestly horrible . Do not stay here

Hotel staff are great. The place is clean and decor is nice. I’ve given it 4 stars because I felt the breakfast was good but a little basic with not enough hot vegetarian options, and the location was a bit farther out so, longer walks, longer bus journeys or more taxis. Taxis are not cheap. It was expensive at the bar and cafe…but I don’t think it would be any different elsewhere in the city. Not sure I’d go back to this hotel, but I would check out one of their other hotels in the city.

Gut gelegenes Hotel am Hafen, um durch das Zentrum von Reykjavík zu laufen. Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Frühstücksraum, tolle Bar und sehr stylischer Spa-Bereich mit zwei Hot-Pots und einer Sauna. Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht ausgezeichnet. Richtig schönes Café direkt an das Hotel angeschlossen. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf den stylischen Innenhof, das Meer und das Berg Panorama am Horizont. Sehr zu empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Lage war zudem so gelegen, das viele Aktivitäten direkt um die Ecke waren und der Besuch der Innenstadt auch nur 15 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Ein sehr modernes und ruhiges Hotel. Der Service war gut, die Zimmer sauber und ordentliche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, nur leider nicht alles beschriftet. Ich würde das Hotel für den nächsten Urlaub in Reykjavik nochmal buchen.

Great staff - large room and walking distance to just about everything. View from our room was wonderful and bed was comfy. Nice restaurant - daily breakfast was adequate,nothing fancy. Coffee shop, Hygge was wonderful. Would stay here again.

So, the stay was good, my only issue was the plumbing backing up into my room from other rooms. I would open the toilet to someone else’s brown fecal residue lingering in the toilet. I don’t think someone came in my room and took a dump so I assume it was from the plumbing.

TV casting did not work and there were limited local channels. Breakfast was ok, and there are lockers you can use at check out to store your luggage. Carpeting in bedroom was old and stained (e.g., gum-like stain) but bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
