Nice room - clean functional, adequate size. Very stylish and expansive series of cozy settings in the ground-floor lobby area (library, cinema, lounge, bar, etc.) that we enjoyed hanging out in. Quite walkable location. No hotel parking, but on-street parking was easy with parking app.

The proximity to downtown was great. The room although getting tired looking was clean. We found the staff both at check in and check out extremely accommodating. The one issue I had was breakfast was definitely not worth the price. The choice and quality was good but it was not worth 100.00 Canadian for two!

Friendly staff, nice rooms, a little bit uncomfortable here and there's *pillows some of the blankets were way too warm with minimla ventilation* so hot sleepers like myself need to cool off throughout the night at times. Still a comfortable stay once the room cooled down to comfortable temperatures.

This is our second stay at the hotel, and we enjoyed showing it to our kids. The common areas are nicely decorated and fun to hang out – my son particularly appreciated the foosball table. Our junior suite was comfortable and roomy, though did not have much of a view.

This place is quirky and characterful. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good and the dining room is open for other meals and is a popular local bar-restaurant. The location is excellent, on the waterfront next to the vibrant centre of the old town and handy for many tourist attractions.

Convenient location, but no parking onsite. Construction caused us to have to park quite a ways down the block. Clean facilities, but a little older building. Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Would consider it again for a future trip.

Great location. Easy walk to museums, local restaurants and shopping. Right on the waterfront so minutes away from cruise pier. Deluxe King room was huge. The only negative was breakfast seating was too cramped. Went to local “Rost” 3 minutes away. Overall glad we stayed there and would do it again.
