"Rooms are immaculate, ammenities and location is perfect. Pretty heavily understaffed, and very slow service. But over all value for money is good. Alot of noise in and around the building, but still fairly cosy at times"

"The hotel itself is not bad but the guests are scary and everyone stays there with big dogs with them."

"The hotel was really nice and modern. The staff was outstanding!! The staff was very kind and helpful. We were very near the airport but Never heard any planes. We had a great view of the planes landing. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit L.A. shout out to James who worked the desk at night. James was GREAT!! There were to younger guys who worked the front desk in the morning they too were GREAT!! And the security guard at night was GREAT!!"

"You could hear a lot of the jet takeoffs and motorcycles roaring by on the street quite loud. Our side was facing LAX airport so may have been normal but would have been better on back of hotel for getting a room to get sleep. Breakfast burrito and sandwich very greasy if you order from front counter. May be better if you have time to eat in restaurant, but not sure.."
