"Wonderful for a layover night "

"Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!"

"Rosa the front desk help was very inappropriate with sharing her personal feelings and thoughts on people with Down syndrome. Would be very concerning considering she’s a first point of contact. The rooms were suitable the parking was great possibly due to there not being a large amount of people checked in? On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 1 only because of good parking "

"Upon arrival I was told the earliest check in was at 1pm. On top of that I was charged more for my stay because the room I was provided did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. I already had a reservation and finding a room elsewhere was going to be very difficult for the stay I had planned. I will never stay here again. EVER. "
