"Comfortable and clean room. Room was very quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Staff were wonderful, warm and helpful. The corridors, elevator and hallways are quite worn and I was concerned about the room but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was sparkling clean."

"This room was great. Amazing size. Love the door to separate the rooms. Beds are good. Loved the stay. Only issue i had was the pull out bed. The sheet had blood on it in two spots. They must not check the pull out bed. It was pretty gross. But otherworldly perfect. "

"Okay we've stayed here before but this time was very different. The shower was not great it barely came out. The bedding was so scratching is hard to sleep. The bed itself was OK, but the frame anytime you moved it squeak like it was a mouse hitting the drums lol other than that it was good. If you want to place to stay while you play card games, or have a great shopping experience at the Citadel this is the place to stay And I'm not one to complain at all but I wasn't impressed with this stay. "
