The staff was wonderful. They accommodated me moving to another room so to an unpleasant smell in the room. It’s the small things like cleaning the elevator and removing smudges. So try the diner! I enjoyed my breakfast and dinner! They do have a Starbucks also and a donut shop! Staff in both of those were wonderful!

Room was clean and staff was great. I didn't have an ice bucket and the cleaning staff checked to make sure I wasn't missing anything else. She got me the bucket with ice. She was really nice. The food was good and I had a good time. My view was nice and I can't wait to go back.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the casino was a lot of fun. My only complaint was the valet service. There was only one valet guy working when I was trying to leave, which made getting my car take longer and was pretty annoying. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The room was not clean. The first day we checked in there was hair in the shower and on the bed. Rooms were not swept daily, nor was trash taken out. Had to call for towels daily. Pool and jacuzzi do not look like photos. Front desk staff and bar staff were nice
