"I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. Before arriving, I called ahead and was told I could check in after 12 PM if I paid for an extra day, which I agreed to. However, when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. On top of that, even after explaining that I had already called ahead and confirmed my arrival time, I was still charged an additional early check-in fee. In the end, I had to pay for an extra day and an early check-in charge. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue, and the communication was very poor. Overall, the experience was disappointing and stressful."

Housekeeping was friendlier that the front desk staff. We felt invisible. The two gentlemen at the desk kept their conversation going, using slang and not acknowledging ANY of the guests. "Check in through a heavily tinted window, standing outside of the building. The room had strong pungent of cleaning product that caused headaches. The staff was helpful. The property is about 25 minutes of walk to cruise terminal."

"This is a budget, no frills hotel. There is no elevator and the rooms with two beds are all on the second floor. They charge for ice, does that tell you something? The best thing about this hotel is that it is attached to a great steak house called Think. Daily happy hours specials."
