Front desk person could been more friendly and nicer. Needs training. 2. Towels should be better. Easy way give the impression of a better hotel. 3. Whatever cleaning agent or air freshener used, was bit too strong. Probably not good for any one with breathing issues. I kept the window open to reduce the affect."

We asked for towels and he told us to walk into the house keeping room to grab them ourselves and when we went the lady who was doing the laundry mugged us and just gave us a death stare without even saying anything.
