"We were in Rockwall for our sons wedding so we had several rooms. Our group alone had 7 rooms. They did not clean the rooms even though we put the hang tag on the door saying we needed service. They only brought clean towels after I called. The air conditioning in the whole hotel was out for hours. ..."
