Friendly staff, location is good, 10 min. walk from Rosa Parks stop on RER E which goes to Gare du Nord. A hamburger restaurant just opposite, otherwise not much in the immediate surrounding areas. Rooms are clean, so are communal toilets and showers. Rooms lack electrical sockets, and hooks. I could checkin early which was nice, otherwise, like many other places, checkin is later and later and check out earlier and earlier.
