"The hotel is ok not in a good area for Children"

"A spectacular stay with amazing staff! Had a great experience with Jose at the front desk, we had arrived early, they held our bags until our room was ready. We were able to go downstairs to the lobby and use the restrooms to freshen up from our flight. We went out to the city and came back in the afternoon. Went right to our room where our bag was waiting for us. This place is a gem, the neighborhood is very safe and wonderful places to eat right around the corner. The rooms are very nice! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"Exceptionally tiny rooms where they don’t turn on AC UNTIL THEY FEEL IT IS NECESSARY. Nice bathroom that takes up 1/2 of the entire room space. Getting extra towels was initially a massive hassle but after two days of complaining they started giving some out. Oh, and don’t think about getting an extra blanket! International incident in the making. In addition to all this. There’s a bar called Luckys directly across the street, mind you we were on the 6th floor and we could hear all the drunkards screaming, fighting, laughing, singing between 11pm all the way til almost 7am, so if you expect to sleep with the window open because your room is hot and stuffy, good luck! "

"PAULINE, you are amazing, they are lucky to have you working here! Have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and loved it every time.Hotels in Paris can be so expensive and when not they are tiny, dusty and old, This place is affordable, new with amazing decor and very clean. We have come as a couple and stayed in lovely room but we have come twice as a family and have rented the 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom arts and they are exceptional. Thank you, we will be back soon!"

"Staff at the reception did not speak English very well. The housekeepers did not speak English at all and were rude. I asked for extra towels and they gave me looks. I stayed for 7 days none of the days, the housekeeper or reception asked if I needed anything. The lady at the breakfast also did not speak in English and was also short tempered with English speaker. My room faced the cemetery. Location was good near the subway. I don’t think I would stay there again due to these reasons."

"First of all, I believe we had the smallest room in the hotel. The shower area was literally 3 feet square. Not even for an average person. The sink is half a sink due to lack of room. When we asked the front desk if we could change to a bigger room, she said there was no availability. I must mention, when we checked in, she said we were lucky to have that room, because we were able to see Sacre Cour church. As far as cleanliness, the room was not cleaned once. They did changed towels and made the bed twice, and we stayed an entirely week. How do I know they didn’t clean? One time we returned from exploring, and it was near 6 pm, and our room was not made, my husband went downstairs and asked, the front desk guy said he’d sent someone, which he did. The girl came in with two towels and a mop. When she was finished and we went in the room, the floor was not even mopped. She made the bed and removed the trash. I am extremely confused on all the 5 stars from other reviews, especially those that are happy with the amenities. Location was good and there is a few places to eat around there. "
