A sign on the bed indicated that we had the option to change our mattress depending on if we preferred soft/firm. Towels were clean! No skid-marks! LOL. loved the idea of secure parking. Although it was away from the city centre I would very much prefer to have the assurance that my car is safe and a peaceful sleep without noise and traffic. The dual airflow system meant we had good control of the temperature in the room to suit our needs. Breakfast, oh my goodness. No need for lunch. Spoilt for choice. Thank you so much. "

The Staff were all very helpful and polite, every staff member interacted with greeted us first. They even went over and beyond expectations in relation to one of our party, who had severe food allergies. It's a great venue at a great price. "
