"Wonderful stay! Will come back!! Staff-standout staff! The staff works incredibly hard and makes you feel very welcomed. Tip the staff!! Food-probably the best resort food I have ever had at a hotel. So many options and food had a great quality. We loved Magna, Oregano and surprisingly Raises with their unique menu. Magna breakfast was my favorite meal! No reservations and we never had to wait to be seated for a meal Pool/Beach-it often felt like the resort was empty because there was no fight to get a beach chair. Pool is massive and balances calm and fun/party vibes. Beach was not my favorite. The sand is extremely hard if you walk barefoot but staff does good job keeping seaweed out Rooms-we had an Excellence club swim out suite with private pool. LOVED the swimout and private pool option. The rooms are very different.. I hated the sensor lights as they would turn on if one of us had to use the restroom. Excellence Club-we did the Excellence Club and what made it worth it was dinner and breakfast at Magna. I didnt use any of the other Excellence club benefits and would have had the same great trip without it"

"Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. The resort is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels calm and intentional. You never feel rushed, never feel crowded. Whether you are walking along the beach early in the morning, sitting by the pool in the afternoon, or heading to dinner in the evening, there is a sense of peace that stays with you the entire time. What we loved most is that the resort never felt crowded. There was always space. Space to relax, space to breathe, space to actually disconnect. You are not competing for chairs, not waiting around, not dealing with noise. It feels like the kind of place you go when you truly want a real break. The service is what makes the experience come alive. It is not just that it is top notch, it is that it feels real. At El Mar, Victor made every meal feel like something to look forward to. The setting, the ocean, the pace of the service, it all comes together in a way that makes you want to stay a little longer. We had the pleasure of having Alfonso as our waiter at both El Mar and Lupita, and he was outstanding. Attentive, funny, and engaging in a way that never felt forced. The kind of person who reads the table perfectly and makes the experience feel personal. By the pool, Elvis was incredible. He is out there all day in the sun, moving constantly, checking in on guests, delivering drinks, keeping things flowing, and somehow doing it"
