"We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and had a wonderful vacation overall! The room was clean, although the bathtub could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly each day, and the shower water pressure was not very strong. Almost all of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only exception was some of the staff at the café, who didn’t always seem as friendly or welcoming, which was a little disappointing since many guests go there each morning for their coffee and drinks. Everyone else, however, was super friendly! There was also one day when we were unable to get beach towels. I'm not sure if that was just a one-time issue or something that happens occasionally. The Sports Bar was amazing—the food and service were excellent! The butler service was also phenomenal. A special thank you to Francesco for making our stay even more enjoyable! We tried all of the restaurants, and they were all excellent. Of course, the Hibachi was my favourite! The food was delicious, and the sushi was yummy. My two favourite restaurants were the Seaside Restaurant and the Hibachi. The buffet was very good as well. Overall, the hotel was excellent, with great food and wonderful staff. My family and I would definitely go back. Great vacation!! ❤️"

"Las. Chicas del club de los niños, súper profesionales, también el salvavidas de la picina de los niños al costado del cuarto. 8324 k fue en el. Cuarto donde yo me ospede , una persona muy humilde y servicial, muy profesional también., mi cuarto un poco descuidado , un control para dos televisiónes y no funcionaba correctamente, el asiento del toilet estaba dañado, el colgador de ropa de l patio del llacusi tambien estaba dañado , de talles importantes, el resto muy excelente"

"El hotel es realmente hermoso y tiene espacios para todo tipo de actividades, fue mi segunda vez visitándolo y quedé igual de complacida que la primera vez. El área del Caoba Lagoon es realmente espectacular con su cenote y demás áreas. 200% recomendado"
