"This is a very grand hotel and a bit too fancy for me, but I love it - everything is beautiful. It is my home away from home in Pune and I always feels very welcome when I stay. It is centrally located so relatively easy to get to different areas as needed. The staff are extremely kind and professional. I cannot recommend the spa highly enough - the ayurvedic treatments are absolutely transformative. Between the therapeutic benefits and the kindness of the staff, this is my absolute favorite spa...
