Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

I stayed at this hotel for a week over Easter with my elderly mother and 8 year old daughter and I can honestly say it was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. All our hotel requests were granted and our suite was divine. The hotel is in a convenient position overlooking the marina (great for various boat trips) and close to the excellent beach. There is also a large bus station nearby from which other parts of the island (including the capital, Las Palmas) are accessible. Unfortunately, Puerto Rico itself is a victim to tourism and the indoor shopping centre should be avoided, unless you enjoy Irish bars and English...

This hotel in a very good location on a short walk from the shopping centre and a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel room is really nice and we even had a jacuzzi. All the staff was really nice and me and my husband couldn't be happier to be staying in there.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. I have 2 daughters 15 & 12 and we stayed at the hotel this Easter. From the moment our booking was made until the moment we left we were made to feel welcome and were looked after excellently. Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel
