"Clean room, comfortable bed but no duvet covers on duvet and poor sound insulation from next room meaning sleep was disrupted. They blamed it on giving me a connected room. They gave me a late check out to 6 as opposed to 11 to make up for this but I had raised these concerns earlier. Location is excellent! "

"The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often."

"The staff was extremely pleasant, efficient, and helpful. A great selection of food downstairs in comfortable setting. We requested a microwave in our room and one was delivered in 5 minutes. Bed was excellent and attractive. A great solid experience at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go to this hotel."
