"The staff is very polite, helpful, and aware of the area if you need to get anywhere. Its is very clean when i arrive and leave. And it has a guest laundry room!!"

"The parking area was safe. Security was in the lot after we returned late from my uncle's retirement party. We felt safe throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was healthy and delicious."

"From the moment we walked into the hotel the reception was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully clean and bright. We had a very small problem with the electricity tripping out and it was fixed immediately. Happened again and we were moved within minutes to another room. Michelle even brought up a trolley for us without us asking so helpful. Then I needed to print off some paperworkand Glen advised me what to do and Cameron helped me do it. The managers reception was so so good and Maria who did the cooking was so lovely and the food was gorgeous. Last but not least was Samira the general manger who came round and spoke to all guests and had time for everyone, she is an absolute asset to IHG as are all the staff. Fantastic 3 night stay. If ever back over this hotel will be my 1st choice. Being a regular user if hotels and Staybridge Suites being one of my most popular this hotel stands out."
