The hotel is within a walking distance from Moda Center, which was very convenient. The hotel building is very old and beat-up, but inside the room was updated and clean. I got back to the hotel from a concert very late, and I wanted to buy a water from their vending machine but none of them were working. The front desk lady was very friendly.

The property was clean but old and the maintenance is not being kept up. Way overpriced for the accommodations. Website did not represent the breakfast that was provided brown bag with water and microwave sandwich, not convenient. Check in staff was very friendly but not so much the checking out.
