"Excellent staff. Really hard bed, really uncomfortable. The room AC didn’t feel like it was working. The room was at 75° when we got there and never got below 72° even at night even when we opened the window. The shower water pressure was really weak. And our room light turned on by itself multiple times while we were in the room."

Rushed through check in without giving any information on amenities such as pool hours, parking, breakfast etc. went into room and it smelled horrid, like stale cigarette. No exhaust fan In bathroom. "Our experience at this hotel was very poor. From the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues with our room. The toilet was clogged, and even though we reported it, no one was sent to fix it. The only solution they offered was that if we needed to use the bathroom, we had to go down to the first floor. Additionally, the room was not clean. We found trash left behind by previous guests, which clearly shows a lack of proper housekeeping and hygiene. We also asked for a rollaway bed, and we were told that none were available. However, later we saw in the housekeeping area that they actually had many extra beds, at least around 20, but they simply refused to provide one to us. Overall, the service was very poor. There was a lack of customer care and no effort to resolve basic issues during our stay."
