I truly have never been so put off by a hotel before, I want to make sure future guests or out of state guests ( like us) know about the condition of the hotel and the racket they allow people to make without calling law enforcement. There was a man two doors down from us screaming and yelling and kicking the door in for a solid 3 hours and the staff did nothing excpet yell back at him which made even more noise. When we called the office to let them know the woman cut my friend off and said 'we know' and hung up. The room was dirty, we watched the cleaning lady work on the room and when we walked in the was dirt and hair on the flloor! It was not worth what we paid regardless of how cheap it was. I wish i had paid with my card so I could get my money back but they don't do split payments so I had to pay cash. The beds were like rock, so uncomfortable and tiny. I thought we had booked 2 queens, these beds are basically twin size with 4-5 inches added on. And to top it all off the hotel is sat right next to a train track so don't expect any sleep. Overall the staff, the room, the area even was awful and I would not recommend this hotel.
