"Clean room "

"We stayed at the Presidential suite which was an upgrade that we got due to unavailability of the Canadian falls view rooms that we reserved. Rooms were well maintained and had the perfect view of the entire falls. Staff was very friendly and attended to minor issues with HVAC promptly. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a family friendly environment and one of the best stays we had."

"Closely located local food spits and the falls. Appreciation for the garage attached to the hotel. Additionally loved the rooms with the falls views. Very clean and suite has more than enough space. "

"Just amazing! So close to Clifton hills and Fallsview, accessible to almost everything! Indoor pool and spa was excellent. Plus breakfast includes! Staff were great! Overall great! "

"Overall the property is okay. Parking included with stay was nice and beneficial. The building only had one working elevator so that was a negative and added extra time waiting for it. Also, the elevator is used by guests and staff and the staff hogged the elevator for a majority of the morning moving their carts and dirty towel bins around. An employee saw my wife and I waiting for the elevator and instead of doing the polite thing and allowing the guest to go in and use it first, he went right in and used it. The building is getting older and you can tell with elevator, lobby, televisions, shower. Cleaning staff made the bed but left all of our towels laying around did not replace them. As well, we only had one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. Not a good look on the Holiday Inn. "

"All was good, only thing no free breakfast like other hotels, and no free coffee in the lobby like others offer. The hotel is beautiful tho"
