"There was hair everywhere on the towels, sheets, closet I mean everywhere, it was brought to the staffs attention, they did nothing! My partner slept in his clothes on top of the bed. They were more concerned about the $50 hold for damages than the comfort of the guest. Never again!"

"I was checked into 3 different rooms that were wreaking of sewer issues. Bowel movements left in toilet of one room and bed wasn’t even made. Second room had trash on floor and hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Asked for a final room and you can tell the sewage water ran over from bathroom onto carpet. I immediately demanded a refund and was given one with no issue. Staff was amazing though. Never again will I spend money there . "

"Room was clean and staff at check in was friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not work well, the shower did not have very good water pressure, ice machine on our floor did not work, and no coffee machine in room. "
