"Well maintained clean and nicely decorated motel with Mountain View pool"

"When we arrived there was one person waiting to check in but no one at the front desk. Three more parties came in to check in with no one at the front desk. Tried calling but the no one came to answer the phone. Finally after about 20 minutes a woman came out to help. She did not apologize. She said she was putting sheets in the dryer. "

"Perfect hotel for a fast weekend escape, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Clean, great pool, perfectly heated hot tubs. The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel."

"Pool and hot tub were lovely with music playing. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed in the main building, next time will request a pool view room in the 3rd floor building (has elevator). Complementary Starbucks coffee and tea in the lobby every morning from 7 - 11am. Small snack store also available. We will be back!"

"The hotel was beautiful both inside and out! The pool felt absolutely felt like a resort and the bar attached to it served great drinks! My only complaint about the hotel is the lack of valet or bellhops to help with luggage. "
