"Erick - Pool attendant was excellent, friendly and service was great. Amenities, room and food were also very good. Unfortunately no shuttle to resort and had to pay over 300USD to get to resort."

"The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. "
