Éramos seis adultos y un bebé, y en general el acomodo fue razonable, cómodo y adecuado para nuestro grupo. El servicio fue atento y rápido cuando lo necesitamos, y desde el principio sentimos un ambiente familiar, acogedor y tranquilo. Es una propiedad que invita a relajarse y disfrutar verdaderamente de Cozumel. Para mí, uno de los mayores encantos del resort es su entorno natural. La naturaleza es la gran anfitriona del lugar, y el servicio complementa esa experiencia con calidez y hospitalidad. El mar, la vegetación y la tranquilidad crean una atmósfera muy especial para compartir en familia. A todo el equipo de Dreams Cozumel, muchas gracias por recibirnos durante esta semana. "Loved the staff. The place is ready for an update but totally worth it for the price. The beach is nice, you can snorkel on site. The buffet is ok in terms of variety but the chef can always make it better with stuff from the grill. Yummy tacos and salsa verde ;). Beds were comfortable, our son complaint about the AC but to me, the temperature was fine. Overall we all had a great time, hope to be back soon."
