"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Beautiful hotel with a great pool and activities for kids and teens. The "Preferred Club" lounge was a nice bonus that we didn't expect when booking a family room. We would visit again!"

"This hotel has become a firm favourite. It was only slightly marred this time by repairs being needed to one of the pools, which was noisy and very dusty on site near the pools for about 3 days. The buffet is highly recommended, and views from the restaurant are stunning. Great staff. Great for a complete rest."
