The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. The pool area is delightful, has an island and waterfall in front of a covered grotto, a children's pool and includes areas shaded...

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time.
We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony.
Our was spotless, cleaned everyday
The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely.
All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. The only thing that let the restaurant down was lack of pest control with flies and birds i.e. a good net, as the birds flew towards the counters to get the food, thankfully everything was covered with lids The apartments were clean and very accommodating for those who want a self catering holiday, but from a family of...

Great hotel, close to the beach. Modern rooms and excellent facilities. A range of activities during the day and good entertainment in the evening. Beautiful views
From the rooftop bar.

I've been to tenerife 9 times in the last 7 years , stayed in 6 different hotels and to be fair all have been good .
the Andorra is in my favourite location - near the beach (10 min stroll) and near the safari centre shopping centre (5 min stroll) with it's great shops/food/bars (if you haven't been to tenerife before the safari area is like a mini las vegas) .i stayed in the main hotel with a pool facing room which was lovely , air con little more than a breeze and took a bit of time to chill...

The Mediterranean palace certainly has the Wow factor...we loved it. Really big, comfortable, clean ,close to all the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Everything about it was impressive..comfortable beds andseating inside and out. The breakfast was very good , lots and lots of choice..everything you could possibly want...they cook omelettes with a choice of fillings to order...and even have a constant supply of bubbly for breakfast!!!The whole hotel and grounds were very clean...a huge...

Pleasantly surprised, as website pics made hotel seem very dated. Central location, large rooms so plenty of space for sofa beds. 5 min walk to sea, 15 min to Veronica's strip. Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds. A mix of activities during the day. Good breakfast buffet. Hotel not too big - plenty of places to chill out and relax. Near to shops, restaurants, 24 hr mini market, taxis, buses. Went with my 17 and 19 year olds - would go again - plenty for everyone. Siam Water Park - best I've been to...

Would I stay there again proberly but if you go half board be prepared for expensive drinks and you can't pay cash so you get a hefty bill at the end and the soft drink bottles are tiny with dinner anyway our room was fine shower worked well beds were comfortable and had a nice view of the volcano you can get a room to shower in before you leave as you check out by 12 and was a bit gutted to see a cockroach in the. Light looking down at me mind you this was a very low budget room number 72 now...

The room was great, roomservice was also very good.
The view from the balcony was very broad and pleasing. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.
I remember the hotel with a very warm feeling.
