My wife and i were in New York for an extended stay and this Best Western was absolutely amazing. It is on the service road but you don’t hear the highway noise once inside the hotel. The staff was so friendly and the place was spotless. This is a real find and so close to restaurants. It made out stay that much nicer.

The staff was amazing. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. I told her I needed a good tub and she ended upgrading us to the presidential suite!! It had a jacuzzi in the room, a living area, a ridiculously comfy king size bed and a lovely bathroom. Was definitely surprised for a best western. Great great job.

The room was clean however dated. Check in went smoothly , and no disturbances throughout the night however it was a group of individuals, smoking marijuana outside my window. Otherwise an ok stay for a solo male occupant . I would not have my family stay here .

I stayed at the property for 1 night ,comedy show at the Paramount- the room was really nice clean good size king bed sitting area the only thing i didn't like was the free buffet which had no buffet, its was coffee or tea & cold cereal- no bagels no rolls no hot food or anything- the front desk guy was ok but he didn't have a uniform on so if he walked in from the street u wouldn't even know he worked the front desk - had to go down & get the keys replaced twice because they didn't work - but the room was clean & the bed was comfortable

The room was spotless and the guest service was great. Jeannie was very helpful and made me feel good as a guest at this location she showed true hospitality. The recommendations I said is that the beds needed to be more firm.
