Studio 03 Loch Rannoch Highland Club"Beautiful view of Loch Rannoch from conservatory. Right next to the Loch Rannoch hotel where we had drinks in the sun and a decent meal. Pet friendly room, lots of wonderful walks nearby. Fantastic night away."

Scottish Highland Lodge
Scottish Highland Lodge"This was our first time staying in this area and Iโm so glad we did! The lodge is beautiful, situated overlooking a wee loch and hills. It was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. Each bedroom has itโs own en-suite, handy when there are a few of you. The lovely part is the patio doors that lead out to the veranda from both the main bedroom (beautiful view to wake up to!) and the large kitchen/diner, so you have this amazing landscape right in front of you. We spent time watching the...

Red Deer Lodge 06 Loch Rannoch Highland Club
Red Deer Lodge 06 Loch Rannoch Highland Club"Excellent, comfortable and clean chalet with good viewโs across the loch Rannoch and the hills. The climb up to the chalet was okay after we got used to it. Very good views of mountain Schiehallion from the chalet. The car parking was tight."

Apartment 11 Loch Rannoch Highland Club
Apartment 11 Loch Rannoch Highland Club"The apartment was adequate for two as it had two single beds.most of the furnishings were great but others were a bit tired looking. Parking isnโt the greatest as the bay doesnโt accomodate 2 larger vehicles. We had to park in one of the hotel bays but arriving back at midnight didnโt notice the penalty signs. ยฃ100 fine was not a great end to our overnight stay."

McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant
"Overall really nice stay. Spacious and clean room with windows you can actually open ! Comfy bed but pillows could have been better (bigger). Tip - get there early if you are driving as the car park takes around 10 cars and it was full so be prepared to park a couple of streets away like we had to. Football on the telly in tha bar and on a very large screen off the lounge. Bar a wee bit on the expensive side. Evening entertainment in the bar catered to a wide taste. Location was great, bang smack in the centre of town near the bus and train station Staff were lovely all round. Lastly, the breakfast was just fantastic."
Craigroyston House & Lodge
"What a remarkable stay! The room was well-appointed and comfortable, the host, Greg, was charming and wonderful (his recommendations for stops on the way into the Highlands were top-tier), the food was delicious, and the property was absolutely gorgeous (as a gardener, I must sayโฆ). A short walk through the gardens into town was a perfect way to be introduced to such a lovely, lovely place."
Coylumbridge Resort Hotel
"Great hotel, plenty of parking and within walking distance to Aviemore centre."
Atholl Palace Hotel
"Wonderful experience at the castle! Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms - the grounds are beautiful to explore"
Fisher's Hotel
"Great location Convenient parking Great place to stay and enjoy the shops, restaurants and theatre Always a pleasure"
Craigatin House & Courtyard (Adults only)
"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Plenty of parking and great breakfast. We will be back."
The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel
"The staff at the main desk was extremely helpful, pleasant and The property is older. The beds were comfortable. Plumbing was qurky. We didn't use any of the amenities."
Scotlands Spa Hotel
"I spent two nights at the Spa hotel. I managed to park in the adjacent hotel car park which was very convenient. My room was great with a large TV , coffee machine, fridge and kettle. A proper bath in the en suite. Plenty of hangers. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. The only downside of my stay was I was housed in a separate building to the main hotel. This meant I had to walk outside onto the pavement and cross a road to access my room. However you were away from the noise of the main hotel."
The Old Manse of Blair
"What an amazing experience. From the first moment you are treated as a revered family member. The individually named rooms are very well appointed and combine a story with luxury amenities. The Manse is also within an easy drive of several breathtaking hikes. The Michelin starred restaurant offers a delectable, locally sourced menu and is a must do on your stay. But what makes The Manse so truly special are the people. If you are traveling to the Cairngorms you must make this your base. Simply unforgettable."
