This hotel is fabulous! From the minute you walk through the front door the staff are faultless - i cannot praise them enough, the food was excellent, our room was spotless and a great size. We will definitely be returning
Reception area was beautiful, cosy and welcoming. Room was clean with lovely views over the garden. Staff were very friendly but professional and efficient. We will return.
Lovely room but sadly no hot water in the morning to have showers. Staff apologised but didn’t seem to take onboard that our stay was spoiled.Food at lunchtime was delicious but breakfast wasn’t the same standard.
Great parking, internet was not working properly during our visit, and not all the 'on tap beers" were available at the time we were ordering. I wouldn't let this put you off though, as I have visited several times over the years, and it is a classy out of town place to spend a relaxing overnight, or weekend stay. The Atholl in Kings Gate Aberdeen, would be an excellent 'in-town' alternative with excellent food/bar at more affordable prices though.
Relaxing stay, excellent service and food was really good

Would recommend a stay to King Charles !!
A wonderful hotel, super friendly and happy to help with everything. Also very accommodating of our 6 month old baby, giving us a bigger room for the cot and also making a baby breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable.
