"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. At this time of year it is very quiet which i like. There's a number of good places to eat. There are a good range of independent shops as well as others. The scenery is fabulous and there are lots of walks and hiking opportunities.

The visitor's centre at the dam is definitely worth a visit, explaining the history of how the dam was built. Home baking in the cafeteria was delicious!
