The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The shower was user friendly but took a little while to run hot. The meals were superb. It would have been a little difficult for an elderly person to have walked into the town and back as the hotel was located up a fairly steep hill, otherwise there there were no drawbacks and it's relative isolation from the town meant it was in a very quiet location. All in all an excellent experience.

We had a fantastic three day break for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff were brilliant in all area's of the hotel. Beautiful grounds and very dog friendly. Our room was lovely and very clean. The manager upgraded our room as it was a special occasion. The room was supposed to have banners and balloons for our arrival but unfortunately this was not done. I was disappointed but this didnt spoil our celebrations. We loved the spa Dined in the hotel and couldn’t fault any of our meals. Buffet...

An amazing stay for those who love wonderful design, warm hospitality, excellent food and beautiful scenery. We stayed for one night only, in the main house and it was a great relaxing time. The interiors of the house are what drew us to book, but the overall experience made us want to go back. The rooms are well appointed, beds comfortable and have lovely views of the surrounding highlands. Our room was downstairs, as we had a dog with us, and were beside the kitchen so there was some noise...
