"Was welcomed on arrival by Paul the wonderfully helpful manager and upgraded to a chalet outside. Spotlessly clean room, big, comfortable bed with good quality linens. Parking was right next to our chalet which was handy. The main hotel building is being renovated, so there aren't many facilities or amenities, but we still had a very good stay."

"Great location, friendly staff, very dog friendly. Room was what we needed after several days wild camping and is what you would expect for an Inn and a building from the 17th Century. Food was also great, unsurprisingly the Salmon is fantastic."

The Garrison

"We enjoyed our stay at the Garrison. The location was convenient and the space was great for our family of 5. The Garrison is just a quick walk away from the main street with restaurants, tourist shops, and a grocery store. It is also not a far walk from the Cow Hill trail. The apartment was clean and cozy. There is a washer/dryer but you will have to provide your own laundry detergent. We left our container behind for the next visitors. Having some on-hand for travelers would be helpful so as to not have to purchase a large container. This was of no fault of the Garrison, but we did not have WiFi while we were there. I hope this issue has been rectified for those who might need WiFi for work and to stay connected to loved ones. Overall, we had a great stay and would rebook again with the Garrison."

"Had a very nice stay at Neil's B&B on the way to the Scottish Borders. I was travelling alone with the dog and our single room was comfortable and with a lovely view. My late check in was managed professionally and breakfast was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely Loch view doubles. Big comfy bed. Traditional decorations old feel country house hotel with good spa-pool, steam and sauna. Breakfast included. Top gourmet restaurant and service, decent bar and bar snack offer also available. Good VFM overall in a stunning location overlooking Loch Rannoch."

"Very well located, close to the centre of Killin and the various places of interest. Plenty of parking, quiet setting. Comfortable lounge area, bar and restaurant. Room was well stocked with tea, coffee and water as well as shower wash and hand soap. Evening food has plenty of choice and very good. I would advise booking as the restaurant got really busy when we were there. Good choice of breakfast which was a buffet style. Staff were really good, welcoming and really helpful"
