"The area is quiet. Our bedroom is clean. Refreshments is always available, you just need to ask the receptionist. Special mention to Hash and Mariam who has been very supportive in our stay, from giving us directions about the area and which app to use for booking transports. They are very accommodating. Its location is perfect (close enough to the Old City that you can walk to get there but also very close to the centre of the new town and its restaurants and shops); the location is also quiet; the room was big and comfortable (the fact that was a little old-fashioned was not a problem at all); breakfast was excellent with lot of choice; the hotel is clean and personnel kind and helpful. The only negative point is that, in our opinion, the hotel restaurant is pricey and, for this reason, we chose to eat at nearby restaurants. "
