"**Exceeded Our Expectations!** From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this beautiful property. The grounds are stunning, the views of Lake Como are breathtaking, and the location is excellent for exploring Bellagio. What really stood out was the level of service. The staff was consistently warm, accommodating, and professional. Whether assisting with excursions, arranging transportation, or answering questions, they made everything feel effortless. One of our favorite experiences was having breakfast delivered to our room. There is something special about enjoying a morning coffee, delicious pastries, and a wonderful breakfast while overlooking the gorgeous waters of Lake Como. It was such a peaceful way to start our mornings. We stayed here while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and the property provided the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. **We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como.**"

"This hotel was a treasure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You can request any service through WhatsApp, and the staff responds almost instantly. Additionally, the views from this hotel were spectacular, and the daily breakfast was consistently delicious. We appreciated not staying in the middle of the crowds in Bellagio, and the transportation to and from the town was really easy. We even found that we liked walking to and from the Bellagio when we were looking to do that, which is very doable. Overall, we would definitely stay at Borgo again and would highly recommend this place to our friends."

"Loved the place, beautiful spot to stay at! The whole apartment was stunning. The only bad thing I can say is that our room was right above the gym, so around 6:30am, they would open the windows and smack them hard against the wall. You can also heard people smack weights. Other than, beautiful apartment and great location."
