"I loved this Hotel, the location, the convenience, the amenities and the staff all 5 stars. I was a solo traveler and had a single bedded room so no view boo hoo- but I will return walkable to train and ferry- excellent"

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
