"Can't beat the location. I was without a car and opted against breakfast so I can't speak to that. It's a bit loud when sleeping with the window open. I didn't mind but I'm sure some will. "This place is a little oasis on lake como. My husband and I booked this place on a whim because our other bed and breakfast was booked for the weekend. Costa our host was incredible. He was so welcoming and kind, and upgraded my husband, dog and I to the larger suite with a kitchen and two balconies. Costa was an incredible host. There is kayaking available on site, full bar and delicious breakfast in the morning from 8-10. This place is a must to stay. You are literally on lake como with beach...
