Our room was wheelchair friendly but we couldn’t access the terrace where breakfast was served and looked at the lake. The staff were very helpful getting breakfast sorted in our room though, but we didn’t have a view there.
The hotel was in an amazing situation but the reception felt a little unfriendly but once settled we felt much more welcome. The staff were all friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendation and taxi booking too.

The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special.
Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. Small family run hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. Buffet breakfast, with some cooked food available, never run out of anything, extra coffee offered. Dinner menu and wine list good. Gets very busy due to location opposite water taxis. There is also a bar with snacks attached for day time. Hotel has three floors and there is a lounge room on the 1st and 2nd floors with books and some games.

Stayed one night on a business trip this week. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely bar and helpful staff. Small hotel but very friendly in a great location. Once the restaurant kitchen is up and running (only just reopened so only served clod plates, prosciutto, cheese, panini, insalata etc. I am sure it will be even better). I will return in March on another trip and will stay here for sure.

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service.
We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to.

The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a walk along the lake (which was right next to the hotel), there was a market on (Tuesday's) and plenty to see etc. We relaxed by the bar with a few drinks and watched the world go by. There was a swimming pool but we didn't use it. The evening was spent at the hotel, dinner was excellent and room was very comfortable.
